What kind of courses and digital products do you offer?

We offer short courses and digital products which could be in PDF, Microsoft Word document format or any other format. You can download the products you have purchased anytime by going to Dashboard > Downloads.

Are your courses suitable for beginners or advanced learners?

Suitability of the course depends upon the type of course you are going to purchase. Some of them are suitable for Beginners, some are suitable for Experienced. You can get this information by going through the product description of the course you are goin to purchases.

Can I access the courses and products on any device?

Yes you can access your products on any device which supports internet connection and the format of the file in which the course is downloaded.

Do you offer any certificates or accreditation for completing a course?

No we don’t offer any certificates after completing the course. Our aim of providing you the courses and digital products is to upskill you and help you to finish your goal as soon as possible.

How long do I have access to a course after purchasing it?

You can download the product anytime as you like, unless you deactivate your ByteCogs account with us.

What is your refund policy?

If you find that the product is different than what is described under the product description of that product then you can write to us on our email address: support@bytecogs.com within 5 days of your purchase of that product. We will analyze the issue and will refund you, if your issue is found to be genuine.

Are there any prerequisites for taking a course?

All courses and products are in English language so the customer should be read and understand English language. All other prerequisites are mentioned in the product description.
